The company Hofer Personal is a great dedicated company for personnel matters. I have already recommended this company to several friends and acquaintances for assistance in changing jobs and have always received very positive feedback! In addition, since the registration as a job seeker is always free, you also have absolutely nothing to lose, but can only win, in that the professionals keep their eyes open for you for your ideal job!

What I find very special is that job seekers have the opportunity to create a kind of "personality profile" with interests, strengths, etc. The company then really takes care of this.

I have been working with Philipp Hofer and his team since 2016 and so far I have only had to deal with minor issues, which have always been resolved by Hofer Personal. Unfortunately, I can't judge the presence at the interview itself, as the employer only wanted the applicant to be there, but I can imagine that it works very well. Philipp Hofer has a very good feel for people!

The initial interview was very relaxed and a lot of emphasis was placed on finding the right job with which all sides are happy.

Normally I would have to say: "100% risk of repetition", but since I am happy with my job, that will not be the case so quickly ;)
