We have been in contact with Mr. Pitschmann from "Hofstädter" for about a year. We needed new homeowner's insurance and support with a claim. Although I am a lawyer myself, I had been looking for a competent contact person for practical insurance issues (homeowners, household, health, etc.) for some time. We were advised by Christoph Hofstädter and Nadine on the subject of health insurance for our two young children. After a first appointment, where our wishes and ideas were discussed, we were presented with several options for different insurances and clearly presented at a second appointment. Our questions were answered in detail and we were able to decide on an offer with full conviction. A big advantage was also the flexibility in scheduling the appointments. The appointments always took place online in the early evening, so it was easy to combine with our jobs.

Subsequently, we also decided to have all our other existing insurance policies reviewed in order to switch to better offers. I found Christoph and his team in the course of my research on the topic of occupational disability insurance. Since there is still very little information on this topic in Austria, I finally came across Christoph via the video series on YouTube. In it, the topics were simply brought to the point and explained very understandably, which is why I ultimately booked a consultation.
