After I wanted to improve my financial situation for the future, I contacted Christoph Hofstädter to get some information. My special questions about optimizing family co-insurance in opting out of health insurance were answered very competently and promptly. This made it possible to take advantage of long-term savings opportunities, which meant that the broker's support proved to be advantageous compared to taking out a policy directly with the insurance company.

Many years of good cooperation with Matthias Hofstädter unfortunately came to a very unpleasant end: in the course of taking out a company legal protection insurance policy, the difference between company and professional was not explicitly pointed out. This had consequences. Whether it is a question of a lack of advice or an error will be decided by those with a more professional background. In any case, Matthias Hofstädter went underground and had several e-mails answered by his brother Christoph. An attempt to find an out-of-court amicable solution to the problem was not heard. All in all: great disappointment at the end, which raises many questions.

Without the attention of Christoph Hofstätter, we would have overlooked the fact that this was a case for our accident insurance after two accidents. Christoph took care of the claim without delay and we arrived at an insurance payment of almost EUR 60,000. Many thanks for that!

After finishing my studies, I finally had the time and leisure to deal with the important things in life: and that certainly includes insurance (as I was to learn later). At that time, I already had some risks covered by my parents, but I quickly realized through a few comparisons (online, as well as with friends) that I was paying quite a lot for it. Family Hofstädter was recommended to me again and again by acquaintances, so I dared to try 2 existing contracts from them and to optimize them in terms of benefits and / or costs with new contracts (if possible).

I also learned, for example, what exactly a private liability insurance brings and should be - here I had to my shame, one must almost say, realize that I even already had this without knowing it myself. I therefore decided to insure myself against this immense risk, since my human capital is quite high with my 29 years. Since I, like most of us, am dependent on my income from my professional activity, I don't even want to imagine what it would be like (purely from a financial point of view) if I could never go back to work for health reasons due to an accident or illness. Therefore, together with Christoph, I have taken out a comprehensive BU and thus put my life, as well as the life of my future family, on a much more stable footing. Christoph obtained several offers based on my contract requirements, which we then evaluated together, weighed up the pros and cons, and finally decided on a provider. I also liked the fact that the entire process was carried out online, so there were no unnecessary kilometers by car and no travel time.

After the multitude of positive impressions with the Hofstädter family as insurance brokers, I then wanted to tackle the topic of legal protection insurance. We combined and optimized my existing legal protection insurance with that of my partner (my own main residence, of course), and a saving of approx. 30% could be achieved with the same performance.

Even the latest video of Christoph is very interesting for me/us, because we plan to get a dog later.
