I was advised quickly and competently, but unfortunately I could not realize the offer because the extensive documents that the bank required could not realistically be provided in a short time.
I'm now taking the lower interest rate from the house bank and saving myself the work of providing evidence.

Ms. Fink took a lot of time in our first appointment (via remote) to advise us in detail on the subject of real estate financing.

During the negotiation phase of about 10 weeks, Ms. Fink regularly provided us with the latest offers and interest rates. This meant that we were always up to date and were able to take this into account in our negotiations.

If we had any questions (by e-mail), we received a detailed answer within a very short time. (usually within a few hours on the same working day).

Overall, we felt very well advised and in good hands.

Very nice advice and intensive search for offers, even though the financing volume was relatively small.
Competent information and support every step of the way.
Highly recommended, while at the beginning other consultants all just clicked through their standard system and with all the same, worse offer submitted. Ms. Kleine-Erfkamp and HypoNord were a positive exception and we felt we were in good hands.
