Smooth, fully automated migration from Netinstall to DSM . At the same time, approx. 500 servers were converted and the existing depot automatically migrated. Excellent technical knowledge of the employees. Solutions are worked out together and not stubbornly implemented. Flexible operations, even on weekends.
About ten years ago, we're struggling with our Windows Endpoint Management system which was in a very bad shape. Ideri has supported us to overcome our "out-of-control" situation. I was very pleased on the way they have analyzed our setup and adapted it to our needs. Since then, Ideri is our strong and competent partner when it comes to "special challenges" on Endpoint Management or last minute work to be done.
Also worth mentioning is Ideri's Notification solution which enables us to send notifications to all our end users in cases where emails cannot alert in a timely manner.

Implementation was easily possible on our own using the available documentation. By customizing the included SDK, we were able to create our own simplified interface for our users.

In the group where the participants had different PowerShell prerequisites, the level was definitely too high. The beginners had little chance to follow the exercises and keep up with the high pace. For the advanced it was certainly a gain and a great learning effect. Yes just a problem with inhomogeneous groups.
