Ingo exudes so much calm and balance that you can’t help but feel at peace with him. He listens, he shows understanding, but he also makes it clear that the current course of action won’t lead to the desired goal—and explains why. Hate, anger… Ingo accepts all negative emotions during his sessions, but he doesn’t give them any space. He makes it clear that these feelings get no place, no space, and no energy from us.
Thanks to Ingo, I was able to learn to live with what happened and to say that I won’t make other people’s problems my own. Not my monkey, not my circus—and a big full stop right there.

My first appointment with Ingo Rasche was a very pleasant surprise. I was referred to Mr. Rasche by a mutual contact who had already been to him for coaching. I was given a very warm and trusting welcome. This made it very easy for me to open up. After a brief exchange, I was able to describe my current challenges. Each individual point was noted down and then assigned to a very apt belief. Working through the beliefs was an exciting and emotional experience. Each sentence had an effect on a different part of my body. From brief headaches and toothaches to tears and laughter, I experienced everything. It was a kind of journey through my emotions, and the direct result was a feeling of relief. I learned a lot about myself and my beliefs. Change begins in my head, in my thoughts. That was the starting point for a new path in my life. Thank you, Ingo.

I read Ingo's book and thought it was great. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but after just a few pages, Ingo had won me over. It's so honest, fresh, humorous, and yet not empty in content. It's not preachy, but rather like a conversation between friends. It's a really good book.
I bought this book immediately and will also give a few copies to my friends, those who more or less approve of my unshakeable belief in the universe and don't laugh at it. Thank you, Ingo! And respect! JMH

The 2nd one-week seminar with Ingo Rasche was simply top league again. He manages to pick up every participant where they are. Everything that is taught can be implemented in everyday life - with a little change in everyday life. I didn't realize that beliefs have such a "power" over each of us. Now that I have dissolved many of them, set up my ancestors and done one or two constellations, I feel increasingly free and my focus for the future is strengthened. I can clearly feel the very positive change in my environment, including in my children, which I very much welcome. As always, the principle of attraction still applies! More and more people have entered my life in the last week or have become visible who think similarly and are slowly daring to CHANGE something. Please keep up the good work and share your knowledge, dear Ingo.
