I highly recommend Ingo. If you’re willing to open up and engage with his work, he can be a great help in recognizing and changing deep-seated beliefs—many of which were instilled at an early age. Often, you don’t even realize how much these beliefs influence your own thinking and life.

I found Ingo to be a very pleasant, open, and respectful person, and I felt very comfortable working with him. Thank you so much, Ingo, for your support and valuable insights!

I had a coaching session on the topic of beliefs and the subconscious mind, and I’m truly thrilled. The coaching was very empathetic and professional, and it helped me recognize and change many limiting thought patterns. I felt understood and well supported throughout the entire process.

I was particularly impressed by how lasting the effects of the methods are and how positively my perspective has changed. I can recommend this coaching to anyone who wants to grow personally and overcome old mental blocks. Thank you so much for the valuable support!

Ingo exudes so much calm and balance that you can’t help but feel at peace with him. He listens, he shows understanding, but he also makes it clear that the current course of action won’t lead to the desired goal—and explains why. Hate, anger… Ingo accepts all negative emotions during his sessions, but he doesn’t give them any space. He makes it clear that these feelings get no place, no space, and no energy from us.
Thanks to Ingo, I was able to learn to live with what happened and to say that I won’t make other people’s problems my own. Not my monkey, not my circus—and a big full stop right there.

I’ll be completely honest: I highly recommend it! 💪
At Rasche – Gesundheit mit Konzept, it’s not just about treating minor symptoms—they really get to the root of the problem. And that’s exactly what makes the difference. No fumbling around, just clear solutions.
What I loved: Ingo is totally calm, empathetic, and yet completely on point. You immediately feel understood and in good hands—no fluff, just genuine trust.
The methods? They really made a difference for me. Things that were stuck suddenly loosened up, and I gained new perspectives. You notice it right away in more energy, a better mood, and simply a higher quality of life.
Looking at the whole picture—body, mind, and emotions—together—that’s what it’s all about. No half-hearted approach, just a well-thought-out one.
If you really want to make a change and are done with superficial stuff:

Just check it out for yourself and give it a try...

Highly recommended – sustainable, profound, and truly innovative!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Rasche – Health with a Concept and the work of Ingo Rasche. What is offered here goes far beyond traditional health or coaching approaches. Instead of merely addressing symptoms, the focus is specifically on the root causes—and that is exactly what makes the decisive difference. [rasche.vision]
I was particularly impressed by Ingo Rasche’s calm, empathetic, and at the same time very clear manner. You immediately feel understood and in good hands. His methods are exceptionally effective and help identify entrenched beliefs and resolve them in a lasting way. [provenexpert.com]
I have personally experienced how quickly new perspectives can emerge and how positively this impacts quality of life, energy, and inner contentment. It is precisely this holistic approach—viewing body, mind, and emotions together—that makes the concept so valuable.
If you’re ready to truly make a change in your life and not just scratch the surface, you’ve come to the right place.
👉 Highly recommended for anyone seeking lasting change, a better quality of life, and true inner freedom!

I had my first session with Ingo today. I was really impressed by how deeply he delves into the subject matter. He has such a keen sense of where the issues still lie. And I was genuinely surprised by the issues that suddenly came to light. This certainly won’t be my last session with Ingo, and I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

It’s truly amazing that it’s possible to identify so quickly the very beliefs that have been limiting and holding me back! It felt so good to bring them to light and, above all, to transform them. This has left me wanting more—I’ll definitely be signing up for one of the upcoming 5-day courses! Thank you, Ingo—I’m thrilled.

I had the honor of enjoying one-on-one training with Ingo in Iserlohn. There, I learned about places of power and was able to feel them. It was a very intense and life-changing time for me. Ingo has a calm way of guiding people and taking them on a journey through their own beliefs and traumas with heart and mind, shaping them in an empowering way. I am full of gratitude for this time and am happy to recommend this training. Best regards, Eileen Winter

My first appointment with Ingo Rasche was a very pleasant surprise. I was referred to Mr. Rasche by a mutual contact who had already been to him for coaching. I was given a very warm and trusting welcome. This made it very easy for me to open up. After a brief exchange, I was able to describe my current challenges. Each individual point was noted down and then assigned to a very apt belief. Working through the beliefs was an exciting and emotional experience. Each sentence had an effect on a different part of my body. From brief headaches and toothaches to tears and laughter, I experienced everything. It was a kind of journey through my emotions, and the direct result was a feeling of relief. I learned a lot about myself and my beliefs. Change begins in my head, in my thoughts. That was the starting point for a new path in my life. Thank you, Ingo.

Ingo provided me with tremendous support regarding my health concerns. He took the time to listen carefully and explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand—without rushing and without using "standard phrases." His excellent solutions, which could be implemented immediately and gave me a noticeable sense of security, were particularly helpful.

I met Mr. Rasche by chance at a business networking event, and he quickly changed a belief in my subconscious that was not beneficial to me. It happened very quickly and without any "esoteric mumbo jumbo." Professional and very personable.

I read Ingo's book and thought it was great. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but after just a few pages, Ingo had won me over. It's so honest, fresh, humorous, and yet not empty in content. It's not preachy, but rather like a conversation between friends. It's a really good book.
I bought this book immediately and will also give a few copies to my friends, those who more or less approve of my unshakeable belief in the universe and don't laugh at it. Thank you, Ingo! And respect! JMH
