I really liked the fact that the tour guide's individual ideas were realized. The accommodation was always very good. I didn't make any further use of their customer service, but I didn't have any extra requests either.

The coach size in Italy was very cramped. This was only possible because the tour participants were already known from previous trips. Please plan a little larger!

It was another very nice trip. Thank you for that.
But it would also be nice if the flight times were convenient for all travelers or if alternative airports were also possible.

You don't need to do that.
For example, I wanted to say that the quality of the dinner at the hotel in Catania was very mediocre.
On the other hand, the drinks prices were massively overpriced.
In the room ( no.20 ) hotel on Lippari the smell at night was extremely unpleasant .

The very personal and individual advice before the start of the trip and the certainty of receiving advice and, if necessary, help at any time during the trip.

Very good preparation, always good support on site, great planning of the individual program points - that was great again!

We had a very nice and interesting trip and a very nice and attentive guide who explained and showed us everything very well. The time was sometimes almost too short to see everything even better and longer. Highly recommended

The information trip to Cyprus was very helpful for planning my women's trip in the fall of 2024. I particularly liked Ms. Wessely's very pleasant manner. I have already organized several trips with Intercontact - and plan to do so again in the future.

Special travel experiences deserve very special feedback. For me it was my first trip with Intercontact and therefore a new group experience. Starting with our guide Mohamed, who has a very special talent for conveying not only all the facts, figures and love for his country of Morocco, but also that little bit extra, through the narrow streets of the medina of Fes we stood in a palace and a very special lunch was conjured up for us. We would never have discovered this special place on our own. He always had an open ear for our wishes and a sense of humor. It made spending time together much more enjoyable. We booked special hotels, one with a breathtaking view, the other in the middle of the desert with a kind of oasis and pool, each unique in its own way. We had an exchange with the local people, such as with Christine Ferrari, the saffron woman, who courageously decided to emigrate to Morocco and invited us to her paradise for lunch or simply to try sugar cane juice at a market or the best dates in a store. For anyone who has never been on a group trip before, getting up early and seeing a lot is the order of the day. But we were able to see so much in such a short time. We all got on very well as a group and it was an enjoyable time. It was also a very special pleasure to have Tim Zieger and Christoph Hülsen with us and to have an interesting exchange about future projects in joint discussions. Thank you very much for taking us with you, we look forward to seeing you again.
