I received the Kaspersky Replacement concept. As the CEO of a company with 5 workstation systems, it was particularly important for me to quickly switch to a trusted security solution.

Thanks to Mr. Hermanns, I now have a security solution from the EU, constant monitoring of security and Mr. Hermanns was able to negotiate a small discount for me.

Very efficiently set up. We wanted to set up an enterprise cloud to become less dependent on Google and came across André here after asking a question on Facebook.

André did a wonderful job guiding us through the process, from selection to setup with a web host and subsequent training on how to use the new tool. For our needs, this cloud solution fits much better than anything Microsoft or Google could offer. Thank you!

great service! Our PC arrived here on Friday. During the conversion from XP to Win10 Mr. Hermanns had to crack some nuts, because we had to offer on our old PC with special programs over a special network also a special printer. By remote maintenance he managed at absolutely unusual times that we could already work on the new PC on Sunday evening :)
Gladly and again we will turn to Mr. Hermanns.

Thank you for your review.
Please note that you had a very old device that was no longer on the latest software Windows XP with missing service pack. A further investigation would not have been worthwhile and I had tried to explain this to you. On the other hand, a short-term improvement or the solution of the Internet problem was successful.

With the notebook it will be better and I hope to hear from you again in the future.
