I am very satisfied for the most part, which is why I would actually recommend it. A few small things still bother me...
1. 14 weeks delivery time is just a lot
2. the door is very heavy and valuable but unfortunately the handle wobbles inside. (I had not noticed as long as the very dedicated craftsmen were there)
3. i don't like the lock cylinder/key. Much too long. Other manufacturers offer shorter keys despite security locks.
4. I am still missing the confirmation about the insulation properties, which should be able to use as a tax write-off. but I will contact the seller again.

Cover strips / joints from the outside were missing - independent complaint required.
More transparent information management desirable - e.g. inquiry received, order in progress, window in production, etc.
