The added value here is not only for the benefit of the coached executive, but also indirectly for the personnel being managed. Personally, I have had very good experiences with coaching and have been able to use my potential more efficiently. Marginal phenomena, such as private problems or blockades in the personal way of thinking are reliably recognized and just as reliably included in the holistic process, so that positive recommendations for action result not only for the actual leadership task. Mrs. Lietzau does not only give recommendations, but accompanies the process to the desired result, gives assistance and acts corrective. You can tell that coaching is a matter of the heart for Ms. Letzau and that she passes on her experience and knowledge with full conviction.
