Meanwhile living and working in the Netherlands, I was confronted with a claim followed by a lawsuit by the buyer of my former residence in Germany. Mr Urban provided clear, concise and helpful insight in the situation, the actions I could take and helped me in my decisions how to proceed. We only spoke by phone but this did not hamper the proceedings in any way. We won, by the way (not unimportantly).
