I did the Visionary program with dear Kathrin to get more clarity about myself and my life. The program ran for 5 weeks online live presence. Kathrin really took a lot of time for each one of us and often it went beyond the time. I was definitely able to figure out my clarity over the last 5 weeks. I was finally able to reconnect with myself and my heart.
I am very happy and grateful to have met Kathrin at a seminar. It is super fun to work with her. Kathrin is simply mega sympathetic and authentic and always in a good mood.

I got to know the lovely, strong and authentic Kathrin at a seminar.

She immediately put me under her spell. I knew at some point the time would come that I wanted to change my job and follow my calling.

Now the time had come and I sought Kathrin out as a helping hand for an SOS interview to prepare myself for the upcoming job interview.

It was so good to talk to Kathrin! Through her good questions and her understanding of my current situation, she was able to bring me the right impulses on the way!

One of the most important points for me was: Be aware of your own value. ❀️

Kathrin is very motivating with her positive nature and understands the needs, fears and problems of her mentees very well. She has the necessary expertise, but also always unusual and creative ideas to show new perspectives on the topic 'job'. Kathrin's course is easy to follow, but rich in detail. The knowledge gained can be applied immediately. I also found it great that experts on various relevant topics are brought in for individual calls to provide further assistance. In this program, you learn a lot about yourself and your own strengths and weaknesses. If you keep at it and seriously engage with the content, you will be successful!

Through Kathrin I was able to experience that mentoring is an invaluable enrichment. Kathrin has the gift to support empathically, personally and individually. With her Job Love program, Kathrin has set up (and is constantly expanding) a fantastic set of tools to help people find new/old joy and success in their jobs and when changing jobs. Personally, the coaching with all its facets has been very enriching and decisively advanced me. I can recommend her without reservation - also because of her personal manner.

Kathrin helped me a lot to become clear about my future career path. I had an approximate direction and Kathrin, through her ability to ask the right questions and provide impetus at all times, managed to turn that direction into a clear path.
Her energy is a super mix of motivation to move forward and empathy. Kathrin was also always available for questions. Another plus was the "job love academy" where there are a lot of materials for support. I can only recommend working with Kathrin to everyone!
