I did the ada certificate at the eckertschule in nuremberg with Andreas Kern. The lessons with Mr. Kern were very good and especially practical so that all students have passed the IHK exam with success.
The Ada training course with Mr. Kern was a complete success. The good mixture of content and application "presentations" + feedback brings one enormously further.
Particularly noteworthy is his pleasant and sympathetic way to convey the subject matter and to ask the learned knowledge.
I got to know Mr. Kern in the course of the master school and the training license. He conveys the material very well with his relaxed manner, strongly involves the participants and has a great experience value.
I can only recommend Mr. Kern with the best conscience.

Pleasantly unexciting and at the same time very essential. No gobbledygook. The details come where they are needed. I am challenged and valued as a learner; this is especially helpful when dealing with sensitive topics. Statements are always backed up with examples. In the meantime, my reality has always reminded me of the relevance and correctness of the content. I can literally feel the speaker's eye for practice.
Was at the sales training yesterday, topic "handling objections". I now see some objections in a different light, namely as a clear buy signal. I really like the concrete recommendations for implementation, which - I tried it out - can also be applied very well in practice. You can see that behind the coach is also an experienced salesperson. Keep it up! Great training, grade 1.
