I don't like to give full marks everywhere, especially since too many "one hundred percent"ratings often seem dubious to people who want to find out about a company.

Fortunately, there are also sub-points on this portal in addition to the classic evaluation criteria - here there was then the one or other (very subjective) point deduction. I hope that these "deductions" do not affect the overall result too much because in the end it really deserves a 5-star rating (with the deductions in the B grade).

"Always happy to" sound trite and "snarky" (pardon the pun) here when someone has really been damaged in an accident. However, I believe Höner can also serve well in used car appraisals, H license plate appraisals, and much more.

The automotive expert office Höner GmbH was recommended to me. Skeptical as I am by nature, I was surprised how friendly, customer-oriented and very friendly received. Despite the "corona" time.
Everything worked out right away. Appointment, rental car as well as the appraisal. What was of course also personally, with simple words, very well explained. I had an all-round carefree package! To bring it to the point. Easier it does not go.

Because of the good reviews I went to Höner with my vehicle damage.
Conclusion, just TOP !
One can only give a recommendation.
On the phone, the colleagues were very friendly and could offer me an appointment in the shortest time (next day). During the appraisal of the damage, you learn many important things that are very important, especially for accident novices (lawyer, loss of use, procedure for settling the claim, etc.). It is best to let Höner refer you directly to a lawyer (as in my case), then you have absolutely no worries and everything runs quickly and smoothly.
