Damages are followed up very conscientiously, on-site appointments are carried out without grumbling, the employees report themselves if information or documents are missing, point out forgotten items or errors, so that you can sit back and relax to a certain extent.

All damage, be it mold or drainage problems, was recorded immediately and dealt with within a week. The staff were very courteous and super competent. I've had many property management companies in the past, but you are currently the best in my opinion. Regards.

Cardboard has been piling up at the entrance to the house for over 10 days. Two emails drawing attention to this were ignored. It seems as if the tenants' concerns don't matter.
