Throughout the coaching I was allowed to use, Mr. Weber accompanied me very professionally with any questions and concerns. Through my online coaching, I was given a lot of space and creative freedom to deal with my tasks in a concrete way. When questions arose, Mr. Weber was always able to give me very helpful, meaningful and structured answers. I always had the feeling that Mr. Weber is very competent and confident in his field to give the best possible advice. At any time I could go through and discuss with Mr. Weber the tasks I had worked on, to which he always gave very adequate and good feedback. I was able to get the best out of my own structure and what I had already worked on with his help.
Mr. Weber made a very pleasant impression on me and I would use his services again and again. It was a great collaboration, with great results.

When I started my coaching with Lars Weber, I had actually already written an almost complete business plan myself, on which I held some. So, self-confidently, I kept my requested AVGS contingent rather low, with the intention of simply getting a qualified second opinion. And then Lars Weber came along! Instead of taking the easy way out and optimizing what I already had - as I intended to do - he turned my business model on its head and rebuilt it with me using clever, imaginative questions. Out came something much better, more unique than I could have come up with on my own. In the remaining hours, we built a new, more savvy and detailed business plan at record speed, and the result was quite something. The start-up grant was approved for me. Many thanks!

I must say for the short time we had available, we could go into many topics and discuss. I attended the seminar as a newcomer and was able to learn a lot despite the short time and also take away just by the competent advice was possible.
