Ms. Prädelt is a very friendly and competent advisor and it was a great experience to work with her. Her advice was very sound and insightful, she took ample time to answer all our questions and understand our needs - we have rarely experienced such dedication in the financial industry. Ms. Prädelt accompanied us throughout our entire journey and we are more than convinced of her expertise.
The implementation of the financing plan went smoothly and efficiently. In addition, her service was and is excellent. She was always available, courteous and helpful as well as reliable.
She also showed a genuine interest in our well-being. She called us regularly to check on the progress of the construction and to ask if she could help us in any way. She also gave us valuable advice that went beyond financing. This was particularly helpful for us, as we had previously only rented and the step towards owning our own home was new to us. She surprised us with a small gift when we moved in, which made us very happy.
We are really very happy that Ms. Prädelt accompanied us on our way. We can recommend her advice to everyone!

Pleasant, sympathetic consultation in a fairly relaxed atmosphere. Luisa directly addresses customer wishes and life situations and first explores the customer's environment (on initial contact). The consultation was lively and characterized by a lively exchange about different topics that could have an impact on financial life. Questions regarding different financial constructs could, be explained and presented in an understandable way.
You can tell that Luisa enjoys her job and the tasks that come with it. For the time being, a recommendation on my part is unavoidable.

As soon as I contacted her, I was positively surprised at how professionally and attentively Ms. Prädelt dealt with my concerns. An appointment for the first meeting was offered very flexibly, which is extremely important for me as an entrepreneur. At the first appointment I was received very warmly and already after a short exchange of words I knew that I was in good hands here. Ms. Prädelt convinced me immediately with her competence and her confident appearance and took the time to explain all the details to me in a simple and understandable way. I immediately felt comfortable and look forward to further cooperation.
