I've been looking for the fly in the ointment for a long time, and I'm still doing so, since I'm fundamentally suspicious of all experts when it comes to money.
But what can I say: I could not find it yet.

Mr. Wilms always takes a lot of time and advises very competently and above all humanly, even beyond the actual request. He has just helped me to secure my real estate financing with an adequate interest rate even during the period of low interest rate lock-in.

It was really about a consultation, and not just about charging me the largest possible loan amount. I tell what I need and in what direction it should go in the future with me, and then we look together for the best solution. In addition, he explains super the current state of the market, I knew when I left why it is currently as it is and where it is estimated to go in the near future.

When it comes to real estate financing, I can only recommend Mr. Wilms. This is where technical expertise and market expertise meet. You will be advised openly and honestly by Mr. Wilms, no pink clouds and yet he tries to find a solution that is adequate and feasible for both sides. This is not stupid talk, but he has helped us great to circumnavigate many a cliff.
