In the past, I have concluded many contracts that I unfortunately had to cancel because of not detailed advice.

At the beginning, I was very critical of the insurance and financial industry, after all, you also hear some bad things. But I quickly realized that it is not easy to find the best product for you alone and that there are many things you have to pay attention to. I was advised by Marcel Tappe, he has already taken away many concerns during the first conversation, through the online consultation it is super relaxed and uncomplicated. I have taken out a motor vehicle and disability insurance. I did not know before how important a disability insurance is. I work in emergency medical services, Marcel has specifically looked for insurance that also includes infections so that I am covered, for example, in case of needlestick injuries. I did not know that many insurances do not cover an infection. Despite many extras (back, psyche, infection) I am more than satisfied with the price-performance ratio. I feel in great hands with MACE and would recommend it to anyone.

Also, which also impressed me specially, that I had an opportunity to be consulted in english, which was a problem to me before - to find a good expert with good english knowledges.

Before I became a customer of Can, I wanted to conclude my contracts via check24. However, a colleague at work recommended Can as a consultant. So I went to him for a consultation and got a second opinion. On check24, I selected the most favorable rates, but some very important clauses were missing. Many very relevant points and personal criteria were not even displayed on the online comparison portal. Thanks to Can, I now have a rate that is ideally tailored to my needs. With him, I have a very competent contact person who I can highly recommend.

I was thoroughly and persistently explained where and especially how my insurance policies cover me. I have known my consultant for a long time and have always been very satisfied. I have always felt very comfortable in the consultation and all my questions were answered with a lot of patience and very respectfully. Before the consultation I was very critical and had many questions - but my consultant took a lot of time for me and was able to quickly take away my fears and uncertainties. I can reach my consultant at any time, so I really appreciate the customer service. I will definitely remain a customer in the future and can only advise anyone and everyone to do so.
