Aufgrund meines Alters habe ich mich entschieden meinen Maklerbestand zu verkaufen. Nach meiner Internetrecherche bin ich auf den Verein gestoßen und wurde hier Mitglied. Der einmalige Mitgliedsbeitrag von 150 Euro erschien mir zunächst zweifelhaft, umso verblüffter war ich von der erbrachten Dienstleistung. Schon das erste persönliche Kennenlernen zur Vorbereitung und Bestandsbewertung war sehr professionell. Ohne die Unterstützung durch den Verein hätte ich meine Unterlagen wahrscheinlich nie so professionell aufbereiten können. Erstaunt war ich über die Markteinschätzung, was mein Bestand momentan am Markt wert sei. Erst durch die gemeinsame Erstellung des Verkaufsexposés wurde mir klar was für einen Wert mein Bestand hatte. Am meisten überzeugt hat mich aber die Auswahl der Kaufinteressenten. So fand ich einen Nachfolger aus meiner Region, der mir ein super Verkaufsangebot machte. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Unterstützung.
