The training is simply amazing! A lot happens in the room during the 150 attendance hours, which not only helps you cognitively. I was skeptical at first, but now at the end of the coaching training I am thrilled at how much change I was able to achieve in such a short time. Not only do I now have the tools to guide other people competently through their processes, but I am also at a completely different point in my life than before the training, especially when it comes to a healthy and mindful attitude towards myself. The coaching training with Marc was a great experience for me, which helped me develop and grow as a coach, but above all as a person. The schedule was very compressed due to the coronavirus situation and I was worried at the beginning that it would be too much on top of my job. Instead, I was able to draw so much energy from the modules that by the end of each one I was already looking forward to the next one. I feel that I am well equipped, have learned many new aspects of coaching and have become more mindful of myself. Next year I will be doing another training course on ACT and Introvision with Marc and Michael and I am really looking forward to it.

Whether in a group or in individual coaching, it was always a lot of fun and the insights were great.

Is it still worth going to the "trouble" of further training to become a systemic-integral coach before I retire (in 3 years)? I asked Marc Kaltenhaeuser the same question during our first clarifying phone call. His answer was: You can still work! That sounded encouraging and was right for me! "Consistent" is also one of the many key words that I take away from the training I have now successfully completed.
In my professional context, I have management responsibility and was able to gain a wide range of field experience in the psychiatric care landscape. The training has helped me immensely - also personally, for example, in terms of how I will "say goodbye" to my professional context and what a change of role into a new phase of life with new, interesting options as a coach might look like.
In our training group, I met women and men, young and older, with different goals and life plans, also with regard to working as a coach. In the practice groups, we developed basic coaching skills in a spirit of mutual trust and learning from each other; those with previous coaching experience also expanded their skills. We all gained methodological and process confidence and practiced "fine-tuning".
Marc Kaltenhaeuser offers further training in which he is a trainer and teacher, also a "reality waiter" and demonstrating coach and role model in a relaxed, unagitated manner. He also lives what he teaches in the spirit of his own Institute for Mental Health Management: (from my subjective perspective)
Practicing mindfulness throughout your life - like brushing your teeth - focused and broad-minded, being on the move (doing sport if possible 😉), being an "integrated adult who has access to their resources and can live their life in a healthy and balanced way in any context", having an eye and a sense of their own timeline, acting based on values, being psychologically flexible and resilient in the face of life's storms.
You have also opened the door to our understanding of theory, to the seemingly infinite breadth of knowledge, as well as to the depth of understanding; in my view, this is essential for professional coaching. You have probably read almost everything that is relevant, know the representatives of the "guild" and have given us valuable tips for our further path as learning coaches. Your flipcharts, the backdrop to our module weekends - legendary! The training - highly recommended!!!

I completed the 8-month systemic-integral coach training course with Marc Kaltenhäuser in 2022 and can recommend it to others.
From the very first module, Marc created a trusting, appreciative space in which we were able to contribute, try out, develop and experience ourselves as "learning coaches". Marc has an incredibly broad and in-depth knowledge, which he is able to convey in a compact and focused way, with practical examples and always a funny, entertaining anecdote in his luggage 🙂
I liked his focused, yet always calm and attentive manner and found his work/approach - even during the coaching demos - to be authentic and highly professional. Coaching training 2022-23

I completed the coaching training with Marc in June '23. After a long search for the right provider for me, I chose his training: Marc met and exceeded my expectations. He is authentic because he lives what he teaches.

I recently took part in the 4-day hypnosystemic coaching course in Freiburg. Marc is a great coach and an excellent trainer. The in-depth weekend was very well organized, had a pleasant group size, nice location and was very well planned. A short theoretical review, a demo if required and then it was back to practice. 4 days of intensive repetition as coach, coachee and observer. Although I have rarely used hypno-systemic coaching in my everyday life, I was surprised how easy it was for me to control the process and how deep it goes. I will be back again next time!

In summer 2022, we (my wife and I) took part in the compact training (3 weeks intensive) to become a Systemic Integral Coach - Personal Coach & Business Coach. We found it to be a very practice-oriented training that initially challenged us personally, as all coaching tools and methods were always "practiced" by all participants (each in the role of coach, observer and client).

The topics and content are chosen in such a way that you receive a very good and comprehensive basis that you can implement directly and incorporate into your own coaching processes. We got to know Marc Kaltenhäuser as a "thoroughbred coach" and were able to benefit enormously from his many years of experience as a coach and trainer during the training. Marc knew how to convey the extensive training content professionally and in a way that was very easy to understand, using vivid examples and a humorous approach.
For us, it was a very pleasant interplay between imparting knowledge and the opportunity to directly apply it by coaching each other, which helped us to settle into our role as coaches during the training. The opportunity to discuss our first coaching experiences after the compact training in a regular peer group is a great option for applying and reflecting on the knowledge we have learned. The final discussion of the thesis and the awarding of the certificate at the end of the course rounded off the overall concept for us. In our experience, this training is very valuable for both personal development and further professional qualification and is highly recommended.
