I cannot give any information about the price as I do not have it.
The company that commissioned the locating could only tell me that it was not an insurance claim. I do not know what will happen next, who should/might/must take action now. I have no written information and no pictures of the investigation.
I have not received any information about the client who arranged for Locatec to locate the vehicle. Therefore, there is also no information about the costs.
The customer advisor Uwe Dechler was very nice and explained everything to us clearly. I can't say anything about the price-performance ratio as it's handled by the insurance company.
After reporting the damage, I was contacted immediately👍and a prompt appointment was made to locate the leak.
Your employee Mr. Küchler took care of my problems and informed me every step of the way about what he was doing and what the consequences might be.
