As for most, the ONE-NEXT-STEP-TRAINING (Easter 2017) was also for me one of the most important experiences in my life. I had read many books before and set important course. And yet I often felt helplessly trapped in the eternally same patterns. Unable to free myself from them.
In One, for the very first time, I had the credible experience of being accepted as I am right now, supported by and in full trust of the group. Finally knowing that it was not I who made my parents' lives difficult, but they made mine difficult. I had never thought of that before. And yes, I do have strengths. And others can see them!

The ONE NEXT STEP training was an indispensable turning point in my life. In 2005 I had the chance to participate and since then my life has developed steadily and sustainably for the better. Markus Klepper has developed an effective concept that is probably unique in the field of personal development. In the last 25 years I could get to know several seminars in the field of personality development, but none has reached this level of liveliness and intensity. As a seminar leader, he does not make a big personality show, with which some coaches put themselves in the limelight, but works with a therapeutic background, the appropriate attitude and a lot of heart on the concerns of the people. With great empathy he enables them to deal with their own obstacles and entanglements and to free themselves from them.

I slipped insidiously into burnout at the end of 2019 and took the subsequent Corona pandemic with the lockdowns as a reason to retreat more and more into my cocoon. I attended the seminar in the summer of 2016, and like some others, I can claim to have a life before the ONE and one after. I knew neither the ONE nor Markus Klepper. I really just wanted to quit smoking. My mother recommended a friend who offered hypnotherapy. I didn't think much about it (it couldn't hurt) and tried my luck. During the hypnosis it turned out that smoking was the least of my worries. I already knew that I was not well. I was far from living a self-determined and fulfilled life. I struggled with depression and many hurdles in my personal and professional life. Later, someone referred to me as being in zombie mode, and that was certainly not an exaggeration. The friend suggested attending such an event. The ONE. Again, I didn't give it much thought and signed up. Six weeks later, the time had come. It was intense and demanding, and I didn't realize at all how much I was lugging around in my backpack. However, to say the ONE is only demanding and intense does not do it justice. The structures, exercises, lectures and the whole framework around it are uniquely orchestrated. I was able to let myself go, feel safe in really challenging moments, and pick up what I had been missing out on in my life up to that point. Peace, lightness, aliveness, clarity.
For me, the ONE was not a miracle pill that you pop in and then everything is fine again. It is the beginning of a process or, if you will, a journey. In the ONE you get, if you want, the tools for it. In my case, it took a lot of time for healing and - well - for even more clarity. In the last seven years I have learned an incredible amount. How things go in life, and also how they don't. Zombie mode has turned into a largely self-efficient life. Not that it's always sunny today, but I have a very different inner foundation. Before ONE, everything I tried to build seemed built on quicksand. I started a lot and didn't finish anything. I couldn't get my horsepower on the road. Today is different. My foundation is stable and expandable.
I am still in contact with Markus. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how much is going on in my life. I am still very connected to ONE, try to be part of the team that supports the participants during ONE at least once a year. I am very grateful to Markus for everything he does and I hope that he will continue ONE for a few more years.

I would really recommend the One to anyone. The 10 days, which I have participated in three times at different points in my life, have always changed something in my life permanently and very much for the better. I have never been disappointed. In retrospect, I think that life consists of changes and none of our decades resembles the previous one and we are always presented with new challenges by life that need to be overcome. Here it happened to me at least again and again that I somehow and somewhere got lost and my liveliness usually quite often fell by the wayside. The One was for me always a reminder of what is important to me in my life and has quite often helped me to initiate and carry out the necessary course corrections - towards a much happier and more fulfilling life! It has always been a journey to myself. The days at One are, to put it briefly, days in which one has the opportunity to look at one's life as if under a magnifying glass. Markus, who runs the One, has an incredibly good sense and feeling for the people who participate in the One and need his help. He is empathetic, kind, but also doesn't mince words when he thinks it might be important for a process of a participant. This has opened my eyes many a time. When I think of the One and of Markus, I feel a deep gratitude. Both for having him as a coach and friend in my life and for everything I was allowed to learn and experience about myself in the One so far. Markus has been with me in my life for 16 years now and I think this fact speaks for itself. I would do the One, if necessary, even a fourth time.

Has influenced my life in all areas enormously, enriched, perhaps even saved. Even if I do not share the latest developments in the attitude of the leadership, I am very grateful to Markus Klepper and the community and I still feel connected to it

Exactly six years ago, I myself attended the seminar offered by Mr. Klepper, ONE-Next-Step Training, which lasted nine days and, after six weeks, a "follow-up weekend" with another three days. At that time I came partly out of curiosity, because I had already heard a lot about it, and a little bit also with the thought of freshening up for a new relationship. So I just opened my own backpack and looked to see what issues I was carrying around with me.

The seminar was very intensive, challenging and full of surprising elements. And as far as the rucksack is concerned: I have already found what I was looking for. But I left the seminar not only with a certificate of successful participation in this seminar, but with strength and the confidence to be able to set out on the path with the knowledge of what I have newly learned - also and especially about myself - in order to continue working on myself.

Mr. Klepper led this seminar in a sovereign manner, addressing the individual participants in very different ways, sometimes with empathy and caution, sometimes very directly. However, according to my impression at the time, this was simply appropriate. Even then, however, it became very clear to me that Mr. Klepper obviously has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on: how he conveys information to the participants in a measured and acceptable manner, how he recognizes hurdles among the participants and responds to them individually, how he finds a good balance between demanding and overtaxing.

After the seminar, we were not dismissed with a "glad you were here" and otherwise "good by and good luck". Rather, we were able to get together in small groups and then continue to exchange ideas over a long period of time in regular Zoom meetings. All this was already planned. Already the division into seminar and following weekend and then even more the further exchange in the small Zoon meetings was recognized by me already then as outstandingly good for the sustainability of the seminar. But such a design must first be conceived and then implemented. Mr. Klepper is obviously called to do this!

Mr. Klepper also offered personal individual consultation, which I later also took advantage of because of a difficult family matter. But on my first inquiry then however the reference came that he knows me and my concrete family circumstances for the advice requested by me simply too little. Here, therefore, not so quickly the simple answer as from the sorrow box in some magazines (enter problem at the top of the machine and get out the slip of paper with the solution at the bottom). After getting to know him even better, the assessments and suggestions he gave me on how to proceed were not exactly what I wanted to hear. I already had trouble swallowing! But Mr. Klepper is not a man for placebos and it distinguishes him that he puts special emphasis on individual and qualified work with his clients. His suggestions were bitter medicine for me, but I accepted them and did myself some good.

Now in the past 1 ½ years I was able to participate in the ONE team several times and was able to experience even more clearly than during my own participation how precisely Mr. Klepper prepared himself for the individual participants on the basis of the completed questionnaires, how differently he addressed them, how precisely he perceived and further promoted changes already occurring in the first days. And I also perceived much more clearly how well the individual elements in ONE are coordinated in their sequence and intensity.

After this ONE I also visited all the other seminars offered by him and could always notice: all around very good preparation of the content, implementation and mediation and always surprising elements that enabled a view from a different direction.
And in addition, an almost unbelievable secrecy among all participants and other contributors, because I have never noticed anything even remotely that someone would have passed on something that someone has given confidentially.

Creating such an environment is an art in itself and you will hardly find anything in textbooks about the exercises and elements in the seminars. Mr. Klepper has put together, or rather created, this with professional and life experience and empathy for his participants. Chapeau!

What thus characterizes the work of Mr. Klepper:
- very broad knowledge and experience
- the ability to pick up the participants individually where they are at the moment
- to bring them carefully to their limits and then to give them self-confidence and confidence, especially the courage to go different ways, to make different decisions.

Real change in life needs a space. Purely intellectual insights about it are certainly important, but ultimately do not have a lasting and profound effect, according to my experience.
Markus creates the space for sustainable change is precise and empathic in his feedback. Supported by the many people in the ONE team, they play a decisive role in creating this field.
And it is possible: to have visions and at the same time to work on the grounding of new impulses and to realistically take a look at what is there, that is how I have experienced it again and again....No beginning, no end, only movement. The ONE Seminar (Winter 22/23) led by Markus Klepper, helped me to move out of my shell. In the course of the seminar, I developed an awareness of my strengths and gained a lot of self-confidence. A few years ago I took my first One Next Step training. It helped me a lot to understand myself, my life, the people and situation around me better and to take steps to reduce unwanted things in my life and to invite / experience / give more space to beautiful things. Everyday life, my environment and my partner reflected my own perception of this and positively confirmed the correctness of the chosen path.
From the resulting change, the One 2.0 (repeater of the training) after two years was another chance to deal with my issues even deeper, to understand them even better, to experience deeper lying parts of my being and ideally to heal them for my benefit, or, if they are not changeable, to integrate them appropriately into my life.
The result of this path is a deep trust in myself, in my soul and in the fact that everything is right and that even difficult situations in life are not a burden but an opportunity for change, for understanding behavioral patterns that are still unconscious.
Markus Klepper has offered me with this seminar the most different keys to it, I could find the right ones for me, accept these and use them for me in the most positive way, a from myself generated, clearly increased quality of life are the gift from it.
People who are seriously ready to see themselves with all their strengths but also weaknesses, to accept themselves as they currently are / act and can also feel / endure their painful issues to recognize them and so to be able to go the way of healing, have with the training, the structures in the training, with Markus Klepper, his team, but also with the other training participants an excellent opportunity to direct their lives lovingly, yet consistently in a new, good direction.
For people who like to feel in the consistent victim role, the training might be overstraining, because it demands active action and the willingness to change. However, group dynamics can enable understanding of the systematics behind the permanent "victim role". For me, my life and the loved ones around me, this seminar and the work of Markus Klepper was and is an incredible added value and enrichment.

It is very important to me to share my personal experience from meeting Markus Klepper and his work.
As an entrepreneur and a very committed citizen in many places in our society, I have both feet firmly planted in life. My experience in many areas of life makes me feel like a very content "rock in the surf"!

What followed were 9 days of intensive examination of myself - embedded in a clear conceptual framework in an always safe space. The group work and experience that took place in the process helped me to leave behind old thought patterns, to change perspectives and to broaden my point of view. Markus Klepper coached and accompanied this sensitive process with his great experience as a psychologist and psychotherapist in a very profound and very effective way. A large team of former "Onies" ensured that the seminar ran smoothly and provided a background that was always approachable.
