Markus Klepper - ONE Next Step - Training

I see ONE as a wonderful institution, pulsating with love thanks to its caring and warm-hearted people, one that offers so many opportunities for healing that it still leaves me speechless—and I bow my head in humility and respect for the people who make it all possible. I was able to learn a great deal about myself—both internally and externally—to change and heal, and to find the strength and courage to continue on my path in a spirit of connection.
It encompasses so many professionally sound and effectively coordinated facets in its design, while at the same time providing such loving and humanly reassuring support that new experiences can be had within one’s stress tolerance window. I experienced it as training for both my physical and energetic stress tolerance windows and was able to expand both of them somewhat. There was a consistent and positive connection between physical and energetic work, which was—and continues to be—very, very healing for my soul and my body.
In my opinion, this holistic approach can only be implemented through a clear inner attitude, and
this has always been tangible and visible to me.
I am deeply grateful for this experience and the encounters I’ve had at ONE. When we find love within ourselves, we can live love outwardly and find and live in peace. That’s what we humans need. The world. The Earth.
I can recommend ONE to anyone who wants to set out (or continue) on this path and experience—and live within—a vibrant community.

The ONE program with Markus Klepper was an incredible experience for me! Through the interplay of exercises, practical experiences, theoretical knowledge, and the sense of community—both on a large and small scale—it became possible to reconnect with myself and with what I had previously taken for granted in life, and to reframe it. I have completed the OneNextStep training three times in the last almost twenty years, always with very good and helpful impulses for my respective phase of life. Markus Klepper's personality and the way he works together with his team manage to inspire confidence and initiate a sustainable process, inviting change and development into one's own life. Without the One, I would not be who I am today - the experiences are like a treasure chest and at the same time a mirror that sometimes requires courage to look inside and to look at and allow the depth and power that resides in all of us. I have never experienced the interplay of coaching, exercises and group experience in this way in any other setting: it supports and enriches. I am very grateful for this and wish other people who are searching or stumbling a similar experience!

I was in the One in 2025. It was an incredible journey. A journey that naturally brings the problems that you try to deal with every day and possibly also traumatic experiences from the past back into the present. But it gives you the opportunity to work through these experiences in a protected environment. I am personally convinced that you have to work through such experiences in order to move forward and that repression is not the right way.
Markus Klepper creates such an environment, and for me he embodies humanity personified. I have trusted him since the first time I met him and he is still available to me after the One. What's more, you not only gain a nourishing experience with Markus Klepper, but you also experience a deep intimacy with the other participants and supporters that you wouldn't otherwise have in everyday life, friendships and sometimes relationships. Society has partially lost touch with the essentials, namely humanity and what really defines us. Feelings, honesty, suffering, authenticity. In this seminar, you can simply be and rediscover who you really are. For me personally, I learned how important it is to maintain my boundaries. And how important it is that I am allowed to be there for myself before I save the rest of the world. I have learned to see the people around me differently - who gives me something in return? Who really fulfills the role I long for (mother, father, friends, etc.). I have learned to channel my energy better. Of course, this is still a process, but Markus Klepper will continue to accompany you if you want him to.
For me, the seminar was one of the most moving and beautiful experiences of my life. The connection you experience there is a precious gift and reminds us of the values we once wanted to stand up for.

I took part in seminar 23/24 and can only say that it has completely changed my life. For the first time, I was able to open up and communicate with people, learn what real trust is, and work on my personal issues in a warm, supportive environment with mindfulness and fun. I wasn't familiar with Markus' work before and was skeptical at first, but after the 9 days I was convinced of what an incredibly dense and well-thought-out program is offered there. It's a conscious step to get involved in the whole thing, even if there were a few moments when skepticism set in at first. But it's worth it!
ONE paved the way for me to take further steps toward personal development, healing old wounds, and later taking the step to go to a clinic where I recognized many topics and approaches from ONE.
Nowhere else have I experienced such concentrated and intensive work as at ONE...I don't think you could pack any more into those 9 days ;) And the best thing about it all is that after the seminar, you are taken by the hand and are not alone. You have a whole community at your side if you need help or advice, and I have many wonderful new people in my life whom I can now call my friends :)

Thanks to the sympathetic and empathetic nature of the leader, a relationship of trust could be established between the participants within a very short time. This took place in a setting in which you experience being gently picked up again (after reaching your limits) and understanding what it takes to heal...

The whole concept is very well thought out and has great sustainable added value.

Mr. Klepper's clear, direct approach, which was always very empathetic, gave me the feeling that it was okay to be the way I am, and that someone understands me and can also deal well with criticism. He was always very approachable in the seminar and acted as part of the whole.

Sharing his specialist knowledge and bringing in his own experiences and stories made the whole thing even more tangible. It didn't seem like a dull lecture, and despite the long day, it was never boring because it was so complex. . You can really feel the passion in his work and the appreciation he has for us participants.

Despite my complex psychological problems (sensitivity to noise, PTSD, anxiety and panic, etc.), I felt well looked after and safe in the setting. This was also taken into consideration and I was accompanied by the loving "guardian angels".
