Over Easter I attended a seminar by Markus Klepper for the first time. The seminar opened up new positive perspectives for me. The seminar is highly recommended and even weeks later I have a new attitude to life as a result of this seminar. It is fascinating and exciting.

My journey with Markus Klepper and the ONE began many years ago. At the time, I was a freshly graduated 18-year-old and at the same time in an apprenticeship with a big backpack of old baggage without knowing how to deal with it.
For a long time in my life, I experienced excessive demands and the ONE was one of the big game changers in my life to tackle my issues.
I had an issue with trust for many years and so I approached the ONE with a healthy dose of skepticism and kept checking whether I could trust Markus and the seminar. I can!
It is not just a seminar that is forgotten after a few months and you only remember the time with pleasure. Quite the opposite. The ONE has now been part of my life for 7 years and has a lasting effect.

I have been familiar with Markus Klepper's work in a personal setting, in the form of online consultations and in seminars for 4 years now. I have also read his books & know the podcast episodes on the channels.

I took part in ONE over the turn of the year 2023/24 after hearing about it from my best friend's husband. It was a gift to me after a difficult time with my health. I wanted a great start to the next year, time to tidy up, time for myself and my life, time to recharge my batteries. I experienced exactly that and much more. I felt taken care of from the moment I registered until now, after ONE. During the nine days, I rediscovered valuable parts of myself that I had forgotten or pushed aside. I now feel complete again. I had stagnated before and now I am moving again.

It was and still is a wonderful, deeply moving, nourishing experience and I am very happy that I feel alive and powerful again. The ONE Next Step training was an eye-opener for me about what life can really be like.

After being encouraged by a good friend to do the One Next Step training for 3 years, I finally took the plunge as a 21-year-old student. I have known and appreciated Markus Klepper's work with people for over 28 years now.

I first attended his ONE seminar in 1995, and it was a real awakening for me into the world of my feelings and my self, without which I would never have been on this exciting path since then.

Now, at the turn of the year 23/24, I took part in the ONE Next Step training again. This renewed participation has rounded off everything that I have been able to experience and learn in all these years in the seminar team.

During my numerous participations in the team, I was able to witness a total of almost 200 participants in their impressive development during the seminar through Markus Klepper's coaching and the well-thought-out structures.

What I particularly like about his work is the absolutely professionally coordinated mixture of empathy, professionalism and a healing pinch of humor (which usually also carries its own message). I am always impressed by how intensively he grasps each person and, with a phenomenal memory, mentions events and facts from his counterpart's life as if in passing and uses them in the coaching sessions.

I find it very respectable that Markus Klepper keeps the group size small so that everyone has enough space and time to develop and receive coaching. I had the feeling at all times that he was keeping a close eye on all participants at their respective levels during the seminar.

I experience Mr. Klepper as an approachable, down-to-earth philanthropist with a huge heart. Knowing that I can also contact him reliably outside of the seminar gives me enormous security and great courage.

In December 2022, I arrived at the ONE as a leaking 73-year-old wreck.

I quickly overcame my initial skepticism about the repair options on offer and the help on offer to not only carry out the repair myself, but also to build a new boat. I was able to shed a lot of old ballast in the safe harbor that welcomed me and completely realign my compass thanks to the "tools" offered over the next few days.

Since then, I've been sitting in a whitewater canoe, looking ahead and feeling confident that I can master all the rapids ahead of me - without going under. That makes me proud.

The incredible logistics provided by ONE with the support of the wonderful people in the second row created a framework that made it easy for me to let go and build trust with this large group of strangers and yet at the same time familiar, loving, protective and warm people. I am grateful for that.

Individual exercises and activities have left a lasting impression on me that will stay with me forever. That inspires me.

I have already had some self-awareness experiences, but what I experienced at ONE can only be described in the following words: I would not have expected this, not in this intensity (I didn't even know that such an intensity existed until then), not in this variety and not in this sustainability. I was able to experience how incredibly deep Markus manages to anchor the experiences in ONE this year when I immersed myself in the small systems & energy seminar again after 9 years away from seminars.
