For some time now, cooperation has no longer been possible, since on the one hand the responsible clerks are no longer there and on the other hand replacements don't answer the phone. If you do, you end up in a "switchboard" that can't even connect you and you have to wait for a callback. Of course, you have nothing else to do but wait for a callback.
