We are a customer since April 2023 and get every month a delivery with incontinence material, as well as the care products. If, yes if then everything would run reasonably. Not ONE month has passed since we have been a customer that I have not had to call because something was wrong. Incorrect orders were sent out, wrong goods, reminders for invoices that were demonstrably paid on time. Permanently I have to request return slips and the staff on the phone is not really friendly, because also annoyed. But the crowning glory today was that I received a package whose contents were for another customer and whose data were on a letter that was enclosed in the package. If this is how sensitive data is handled, then I don't know what we have data protection for at all. Again I had to call, again I have to wait for the goods we urgently need, again I have to somehow get the return to the post office. I am completely dissatisfied and would love to change providers. However, I can not, because I only get the brand I use for my daughter through this provider. So who does not necessarily need products of the brand TENA, I can only advise: FINGER AWAY FROM MEDIMARKT
