Prompt response, friendly and good advice, "open cards" if there is no good way to optimize the insurance. For older (otherwise tech-savvy) people a little too fast with the online signatures, but ultimately no problem arose.

After we became aware of "Mehrwert on Top Gmbh "in a letter from the BvDu, we overcame our skepticism and contacted Mr. Covelli. We were very satisfied with his competent, detailed advice. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He managed to significantly reduce our premium while maintaining the same level of service.
