Really great and fast customer service... After the number of items was not correctly taken into account in the ordering process, I emailed customer service to ask for correction. There was quickly a friendly positive feedback, the number of items was adjusted and the delivery was complete as requested. Very accommodating and competent handling of customers!

Top roller shutter! Very friendly advice on the phone, the end rail even has a rubber lip to avoid the noise when putting on. The dimensions were met exactly, the same goes for the delivery date. The carrier was very friendly and helpful. I can only warmly recommend my roller shutter store.

Bought roller shutter inlet funnel Uni for guide rail Maxi. The price is about 50% less than the competitors. The parts can be well adapted to the rail. Lower edge had to be removed, which does not affect the stability.
The advice to drill a hole for the nose was helpful and not found in other suppliers"!

Unfortunately, the store is not user-friendly. Whenever you select a product and then put it in the cart, the store jumps into the cart, then you have to click on continue shopping and search through the individual subfolders again. It would be better if you can click on individual items as a selection and then send everything to the shopping cart at once.
