We have since 3 weeks a Survival Coach system with pump case in operation. Still a detailed consultation, we have decided for this variant to be able to fall back on the best water on the road. Our expectations were exceeded by the system. We live in the Munich area with very chalky water. The filtered water is very tasty and our water consumption has increased significantly since then. Making tea and food with this water is a pleasure.

We would recommend the system without reservation!

Healthy drinking water thanks to perfect service and without long waiting time

I bought the Futura Single water filtration system from Mr Water. Since the installation proved to be a bit more difficult than expected, I asked for help through your customer service. The installer responsible for my area even contacted me on the same day and made an appointment with me at short notice. He installed the system for me expertly and with a lot of patience, although this was not quite so easy due to the structural conditions in my kitchen. A follow-up check was also carried out to ensure smooth operation. I felt very well advised and also received valuable tips, for example, on the optimal care of the system for a long service life. I am thrilled to the max, enjoy my ultra-pure drinking water every day and can only warmly recommend this filter system and your outstanding service to anyone.

Our water filter and the new 3-way tap were installed by Mr. S. Kaspar. The conditions for the accommodation of the plant were not optimal. In the end, however, everything was nevertheless very well solved. Instruction and explanations were detailed and without time pressure. For this already once full points.

An anomaly in the operation of the plant occurred some time later. Mr. Kaspar was immediately available and took care of the matter. Although the unusual but not serious problem was not completely clarified after joint investigation of the cause, it was negligible.

I found Mr. Kaspar's final promise that he would always be available very reassuring. That is what he is there for. Many thanks for this and another 5 stars.
