When I heard at the doctor's that I had prediabetes, I thought to myself... Okay, now you have to make a lasting change. I had already lost a lot of weight by counting calories, but I couldn't keep my weight off without continuing to count. So I knew I had to do something different. That's how I came to Michael Naumann. He has a great deal of knowledge about nutrition and about the health and functioning of the body in general. I have already lost 10 kg by changing my diet and I know that I will lose even more over time. He has helped me to develop the right mindset, because it all starts in the head. The right mindset is essential. We had an argument in the meantime, but he fought hard to get it out of the way. I was a bit stubborn at first, I have to admit.
