For me, the meditation and mindfulness training was the best time in my life!!!
I always looked forward to every session so much, because I ALWAYS went home inspired afterwards and I felt the words "something has touched my heart". I was with myself, got to know myself a bit better again and took away a lot of valuable input. One example is attachment. I couldn't relate to this term so much, but it is a point in my life - I think in everyone's life - that prevents you from doing many beautiful, peaceful things.
But I don't want to teach here now, I just want to give a small example of this profound education.
Wolfgang is such a well-read, wise man for me. I can't put that into words. He has such a diverse knowledge of different religions and cultures. To me he is a very very old wise man who must have learned a lot in his life and his lives before that.
And Belinda is his counterpart. With her hearty laugh and her quiet and yet so active way she has conquered my heart. If you had to give cheerfulness and warmth a name, it would probably be hers.
I can only recommend this training to everyone with all my heart.
What everyone makes of it is up to you - but what you get out of it is not an education but a milestone on your path in life.
