Villa Camille - Stephen and Sarah Farrell
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Camille in Cape Coral.
The location is excellent. A short 10 minute drive or rideshare to many restaurants and a 4 minute walk across to a very big Walmart supermarket.
The accommodation is first class and everything has been done to a high standard. Beds were extremely comfortable and there is so much space to relax into. The pool and outside space are superbly maintained.
Being directly on the inland waterway and hiring the owner's boat took our vacation to a higher level. So much to see and places to visit. Florian who did our boat lesson and took us out for the first trip was great.
Brigitte our host was really proactive in ensuring we were checked in okay and that everything was in order and made sure we knew she was contactable should we need.
Definitely the best vacation rental we have had and 100% recommended. We would definitely book again.

Dear Stephen and Sarah,

What a wonderful review! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your fantastic 5-star rating.

It is especially lovely to hear that you enjoyed not only the comfort and surroundings of Villa Camille, but also the opportunity to explore Cape Coral's waterways by boat. We are delighted that Florian helped make this experience so memorable for you.

Brigitte will also be very happy to hear your kind words. Making sure our guests feel welcome, well looked after, and comfortable from the very beginning is something we truly care about.

Being described as the best vacation rental you have ever stayed in means a great deal to us. Thank you for your wonderful recommendation. We would be delighted to welcome you both back to sunny Florida someday!

We spent 9 wonderful days at Villa Boaters Dream, and we truly had the time of our lives! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well-stocked the home was. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail made the villa feel like a true home away from home. The customer service was everything. Brigette was quick to address a small issue we had and ensured that everything met our expectations.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. We brought our e-bikes and planned to ride every day, and this home sits right along one of Cape Coral’s beautiful trails. It made getting out and exploring the area by bike so easy and enjoyable.

Another highlight was the virtually private beach within walking distance. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, relax, and take a refreshing dip.

Overall, Villa Boaters Dream exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, perfect location, wonderful amenities, and so many opportunities to relax and have fun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Cape Coral getaway!

Dear Cher,

It was such a pleasure to read how much you both enjoyed your nine days in Cape Coral! The fact that the villa felt like a true home away from home and that its location was perfect for your e-bike rides makes your review especially wonderful to read.

It was also a pleasure meeting you both. You were such kind and friendly guests, and I’m glad I was able to quickly help with the minor issue that came up during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for recommending the villa so highly. We would be delighted to welcome you back for another Florida vacation!

We stayed at Seascape in Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. It was a very impressive property in a good location and within a couple hours of Tampa, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. The bedrooms were good size, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The pool was great and we really liked being on the canals out the backdoor.

We did have a problem with the air conditioner during a very hot spell in Florida. Brigitte was able to get an air conditioning technician to come out quickly and get it up and cooling again.

This was the first vacation house rental we have ever done, so maybe this is standard. They required a $500 deposit for the electricity used. We had to take a picture of the electric meter when we checked in and checked out and they calculated how much electricity we used and then refunded us the excess. We ended up paying $89 for the week for electricity. There was nothing in the rental agreement about this, so we were a bit surprised about it.

Overall, it was a very nice place.

My-Dream-Vacation-Florida Comment from My-Dream-Vacation-Florida:
Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Seascape. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, the pool, and the canal setting, and especially that our team was able to quickly arrange for an air-conditioning technician during the heat wave.

We also appreciate you mentioning the electricity charge. Electricity is typically billed separately for vacation rentals in Cape Coral, primarily due to the additional energy consumption from air conditioning and pool equipment. We fully understand why this came as a surprise to you. Since your reservation was made through The Quintess Collection, the information displayed during the booking process was beyond our control, and unfortunately, the electricity charge was not listed on their website. We’re sorry this wasn’t made clear to you before booking.

Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing one of our vacation homes for your very first vacation rental experience.

I stayed at Villa Golden Globe in Cape Coral and the house was divine. Beautifully decorated and it had all the things you needed to enjoy your time there from kitchen gadgets to beach towels, extra pillows and blankets , bikes, kayaks, pool toys, grill , etc. the list goes on and on. It’s in a good area, close to markets and restaurants . The patio is absolutely beautiful as well. Once you open the sliding doors you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Beautifully decorated and the pool was a great size as well. Plenty of lounging space . Host was extremely responsive as well and I truly appreciated that. If I had questions, etc. she addressed them and offered assistance immediately. I will be back!!! Alisha B.

My husband & I along with our 3 small fur babies had the pleasure staying @Golden Globe Villa for a nice relaxing week getaway. This villa is amazing and is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. Brigitte blew us away with the most thoughtful welcome gifts for our dogs, customized dog tags with their names made specially for each one of them. That was truly so kind of her. This home has plenty to offer and good location. It could use some window treatments in the kitchen and sliding doors because at night everyone can see right in the house. But overall 5 out of 5 and we can’t wait to come back next year!

The Villa Timeout neighborhood is family oriented, quiet and friendly. Shopping is nearby. It's about 30 minutes' drive to Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Sanibel and Captiva.
