It was a stroke of luck for me to find a person in the jungle of psychotherapists who could give me even more than I had ever expected.
Ms. Vogel, with her empathic and warm manner, knows how to actively listen and vividly (with notes on the flipchart) peel out the core of a problem. She shows you tools that help to solve the problem, but also strengthen you in view of new challenges. I feel richly endowed.

I went to Mrs. Vogel because I started to hurt myself (with scratching) and had so-called freak-outs. Since I could not help myself, I sought help from Mrs. Vogel. Mrs. Vofel went to my problem and gave many, different and helpful tips on how to get the whole thing under control.
Since then, I no longer had any freakouts or hurt myself.

Through her very emphatic manner, Mrs. Vogel was able to reactivate the little existing communication between my husband and me and lead us back to the origin of a good joint team. Even with very delicate topics she led us to common solutions and showed the needs and wishes of the other side, which one had not seen before. A new understanding for the partner and a strengthened and rhetorically changed basis of communication has emerged from this, for which we are very grateful to her.

Despite deep affection and appreciation for each other, my husband and I could no longer understand each other in our hectic everyday lives. With her competent and empathic manner, Ms. Vogel created space for clarity and discussion. Her notes and explanations of relationship issues were very helpful.
