For the 50th anniversary of the waterbed we were looking for a good agency for a planned campaign together with the Fachverband Wasserbett e. V. and ended up with Neublck. Why? They were the only ones who had reasonable questions for our request in advance and thus showed us that they deal with the subject matter in terms of content (and do not simply submit an offer). This impressed us and appealed positively.
The positive first impression was always confirmed during the course of the campaign (a full year). Although we only met in person once (twice?) and the rest was via mail and conference call, the feeling of personal attention was never lost. In addition, the agency had to deal with a total of six project participants from us - by no means easy, but solved brilliantly.
We are not familiar with the agency's premises, so our evaluations in this area are neutral.
We would like to mention here as particularly positive that creative suggestions on our part were also openly accepted and implemented. This is not a matter of course and is sometimes dismissed by others with "we know better, just trust us". But it was also clearly communicated when something just didn't make sense.
All in all, it was a very good collaboration that we still remember with pleasure.
