More quality and service in one place is unfeasible!
And I don't say that just like that.
I used to think, why go to an insurance agency when nowadays you can find everything on the Internet? A few clicks and the insurance coverage is there, usually even a little cheaper.
This is of course top, up to the point where I took this insurance cover. Long phone calls, the search for the right contact person, long waiting times, uncertainty and the "left standing alone in the rain".
None of that exists here. If I have a question or concern, I write a short message to my contact person, which is answered by the young team, sometimes even in the evening hours. If I have questions about the small print, I don't have to read through page after page of the contract, because the consultants know exactly where something is written.
The advice is very straightforward and very individually tailored, either on site or via Zoom Meeting, there is something for everyone.
And what inspired me the most is the honesty!
With other companies, no one has ever told me what protection I don't need or can cover in a different way and was able to argue this.
For me, that is quality and service!
