OK Umzüge Köln - Transport & Logistik

A great, well-coordinated team.
Our very bulky couch was carried down the narrow stairwell without any problems. Even our extremely heavy refrigerator (109 kg) was transported without any damage or issues. Top-notch service and a reliable company. We’d gladly use them again anytime.

Excellent advice during the planning phase. Very cooperative, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly staff who handled our furniture and belongings with care and caution. Completely satisfied. We’d use them again in a heartbeat if we ever need to move again.

Dear Yankow Brothers, the move from my studio—which you and your highly motivated team carried out for me—was certainly no routine job. Yet you handled it with reliable and friendly professionalism! I would hire you again in a heartbeat and recommend you to others.

We needed to do a move in a short amount of time here in Cologne. We reached out to OK Umzüge and they contacted us back quickly. Stoyan was very proactive and answered all of our questions. We were able to arrange a date for the move and the price was very reasonable. Throughout the entire process there was excellent communication back and forth through Whatsapp. The day of the move was great. They arrived on time and the move took less time than I thought. The large furniture was taken apart and reassembled at the new apartment. Overall a great experience. Would reach out to them if we ever need moving services again!

OK-Umzüge worked for us three times over a period of four months. Each time, they took care of dismantling, storage, reassembly, and even disposal. They worked on schedule, were completely reliable, careful, and technically perfect. The colleagues on site also spontaneously helped to optimize small details and provided advice. It was a perfect collaboration. Highly recommended.

The team was great and the furniture arrived well packed and intact in the new apartment and was also reassembled. Everything was perfect. Many thanks for the successful move.

We are very grateful. Such friendly helpful staff, they completed our move quickly and without complications. Many thanks again.

OK Umzüge have already completed my move within Cologne to my utmost satisfaction 🙂 . Now, six weeks later, they helped me a lot by finishing my kitchen. A kitchen unit still had to be assembled, for which a cupboard had to be picked up beforehand. Super! Careful, professional and friendly. To top it off, they disposed of all the garbage and leftovers. Great service. And friendly the whole time. I have never moved so pleasantly.

Extremely friendly and helpful team. The work was done quickly and professionally. From the initial inspection to the no-stopping zones to the furniture lift, everything worked out wonderfully. This is our second move with OK Umzüge - and probably not the last.

On-site appointment to draw up an offer. Mr. Yankov even took off his shoes before entering the apartment.
Offer was detailed and transparent.
The team worked professionally, cleanly and with concentration. The interaction was polite.
The price was reasonable.

A super team - everyone is really nice, thorough and quick, uncomplicated and attentive. Really exceptionally good service providers, the likes of which are almost unheard of. I haven't regretted a penny!

A move was on the cards. Nothing special, but it needed to be done professionally and with as few unpleasant surprises as possible. That's why we approached various providers. Most of them only wanted photos via a portal in order to calculate the cost of the service. This was not the case with OK Umzüge Köln, where Petar Yankov arranged a viewing appointment and then took his time to record the necessary work and discuss the various options for its implementation.
He then drew up an offer at a fixed price with these services. It was particularly good that he emphasized the importance of setting up a no-stopping zone in front of the house. This was included in the quote.

Yes, there were cheaper providers, but they didn't want to agree a fixed price. So the brothers Petar and Stoyan Yankov were chosen.
Everything went completely smoothly. An appointment was made for the delivery of the crates and boxes. The no-stopping zone was set up on time, the day of the move and the collection of the boxes and cartons.

Questions were always answered quickly by OK Umzüge Köln via email, with patience, understanding and clear information. Due to professional circumstances, it was essential that deadlines were met. The move itself went like clockwork and of course on time. The guys simply know what they are doing and are incredibly calm, friendly and prudent. As expected, packing took a little longer than unloading. But everything was done calmly and in such a way that you really feel you are in good hands with OK Umzüge. The assembly work was also carried out quickly and professionally, so that all that was left to do was unpack. The invoice was even lower than the quote and arrived by email a few days after the move.

Conclusion: if it has to be a move, then always with pleasure with Petar and Stoyan Yankov from OK Umzüge Köln.

I am very satisfied with everything from the request for a cost estimate to agreements on (changed) requirements and additional services after placing the order to the execution of all requested services for the move (dismantling, packing/protection - transportation - unloading, assembly of kitchen and cupboards). The move with furniture elevator (very helpful!!!) was clearly structured, carried out quickly and very competently, prudently and carefully by the OK team - and in a friendly, relaxed moving atmosphere.

professionally competent, reliable, all employees had a precise plan, calm and speedy work, dismantling and assembly of the large closet went extremely well. Thank you very much!

Professional, friendly and a good team!

The cooperation with Ok Umzüge was stress-free. Mr. Stoyan Yankov was always very relaxed and friendly. His employees were careful and prudent. The work was done without any hectic rush. There was a pleasant working atmosphere.

Perfectly coordinated and friendly team. Everything went smoothly, all the cupboards were professionally dismantled and reassembled to fit perfectly. More than 50 boxes packed and delivered again. Storage without any problems. All agreements were strictly adhered to. We are extremely satisfied.

I only booked OK Umzüge for the furniture removal and am very satisfied. Very reliable arrangements, careful execution and they helped me with unpacking and setting up the furniture without being asked, as well as shredding the packaging. My expectations were exceeded and I will recommend them to others!

Very nice, super tidy work, and the move went very quickly. Absolutely reliable and therefore recommendable.
