I took advantage of the coaching shortly before I graduated from high school, because at that point I knew what I didn't want to do later on professionally, but not what I wanted to do. During the coaching, Dr. Schmidt took a lot of time and asked questions, so I had the impression that he was able to quickly get a picture of my personality. In the end, we ended up with a law degree, which I then also completed according to his recommendation. The recommendation was spot on - last year I passed the 2nd state exam and am now working in a law firm. I am happy every single day to have taken this path, as it corresponds exactly to my abilities and strengths. I can therefore unreservedly recommend the coaching. Sometimes it helps to consult an "outsider". He then assesses things from a completely different (objective) perspective. Through his input, I was then able to reflect again on what I actually want and "where the journey should go"!
