Recommendation
Very lively and interactive training. The script was only perceived as a rough structural framework, but the training itself did not feel as if a script was being run off here.
Really great atmosphere between the group and the trainer, a lot of practical experience, which is evident from the fact that an adequate solution was presented to every problem brought in by a participant without much thought.
Nevertheless, you don't get the solution on a silver platter, but are supported in working out the solution yourself, which increases the learning factor enormously.

Definitely recommendable!

Patrick is particularly good at combining his theoretical explanations with practical examples from his own environment. This makes it all the easier to understand and retain the complex content. In addition, he creates a pleasant mix of theory and exercises for each topic so that students can directly apply what they have learned. He has a motivating, humorous way of conveying the learning content and thus spreads the joy of continuing education.

Mr. Stoffregen accompanied us in a modular, multi-day leadership seminar. He presented us with a broad toolbox that should be available to today's managers.
He did all this in a very charming, witty but also incredibly open manner and made the seminar varied and very enjoyable. We had fun listening, practicing, reflecting and learning a lot through positive reinforcement.
In the seminar, a team grew together that had not existed before, which gave the participants the opportunity to openly exchange ideas about problem cases, to give feedback and to return to their daily work strengthened and with many tools.
