The coaching with Ms. Ibe was super instructive and I was able to take away many helpful tips and suggestions. Ms. Ibe was not only absolutely professional as a coach, but also totally authentic. You could tell that she knows exactly what she is talking about and has a lot of experience. It was a lot of fun and she was super responsive to the individual needs of the participants. The entire coaching was entertaining throughout. I took away a lot of ideas for my professional future as well as for my private life. Shortly after the coaching, I noticed positive changes. I hope to be able to implement the information and suggestions I received in the long term. However, my current feeling about this is entirely positive. If I had the opportunity, I would do this coaching once a year :-). I will definitely recommend it to others.
