We have been in contact with POD since 2015 and since then we have received several employees from Spain. Not all of them are still with us, but since you have to deal with people who also get homesick or also realize that Germany is not for them, I feel this is quite normal.
I am looking forward to a continued fruitful cooperation with POD, as we will continue to need qualified personnel due to our growth.

Recommendation
We have been working closely and trustfully with POD since 2014 and are very satisfied with the six sanitary and heating installers we have placed so far. The technicians are skilled, eager to learn and extremely motivated. We particularly like the fact that the expectations on both sides are clarified in detail before the placement, so that possible surprises can't even occur later.
