The accommodation was as expected - could do with some renovation, but does nothing to detract from the charm. The food was delicious and varied. Unlike breakfast, dinner included water, coffee, tea and other beverages for a fee. The safaris were really great! We were able to spontaneously book individual snowmobiles on site during the activities, which turned out to be much more pleasant and fun. Then we were even lucky enough to do two safaris without any other participants. We especially liked that, because the contact to the guides became much more personal. Even when we had to wait an hour on the plane on the way back, due to a snow storm, we didn't let ourselves get upset, following the motto: It takes as long as it takes. It was simply a very round and eventful vacation, which was not least due to the cooperation and preparation of Fintouring. Should I give suggestions for improvement, then only that we were uncertain in advance, as the thermal clothing and thus our clothing to be brought. This is not very different from skiing equipment. A layer of ski underwear, sports pants and then possibly jogging pants or ski undershirt, sweater and fleece jacket got us through just fine. Don't forget your sunglasses! Trick on site is to run to the lake, there we have seen then indeed the northern lights. Simply magical! My highlight was the husky tour with Juho. A huge difference to the other organizer and worth every penny. Extra consideration was also given to lunch so we didn't get the same thing every day. Although I am picky, I ate everything and it tasted really good. We also tested the restaurants on site and these we can also highly recommend. If necessary, the dinner would still have been bookable in the hotel restaurant. We can only say: Thank you for this great advice so that we could make such a great trip. We are seriously thinking about a next time and will definitely come back to the travel agency!

From 10.03.23 to 14.03.2023 we were in Finnish Lapland, booked through Fintouring. This trip was one of the most beautiful trips I have ever experienced. In advance a super consultation and a trip tailored to our needs. Everything worked out great and also the people on site from Snow Fun Safaris did a super job. We have had a wonderful winter experience week at Hotel Korpikartano. The hotel is a former Sami school. The dining room is in the former gymnasium. The building and the rooms are clean,simple but very cozy and fit the Finnish flair. The staff is very friendly and fulfilled our every wish. The guides of the activities are very friendly and always professional. We enjoyed the Finnish cuisine. We were very lucky and could admire the northern lights in the night sky several times. We experienced a wonderful week in Northern Lapland.

Our trip to Finland was uniquely beautiful and we will never forget it. Everything was perfectly organized, we were very well informed in advance. Because of a strike on the day of return, we were able to get the necessary information through the office uncomplicated. There is always someone there to take care.
The accommodation in the log cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed our little kingdom away from the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, nothing was missing. Breakfast at the hotel left nothing to be desired and was great, dinner was ok.
The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the small bar were always very friendly.
We had perfect weather for all excursions. All the staff at Snow Fun Safaris were great! No matter what excursion, they always asked if you needed anything else in clothing.
We were always picked up on time and well taken care of on the way. They were never tired of answering all the questions. We had a lot of fun!
Also the people from the reindeer farm and the huskies were very friendly. It was nice to see how friendly they are with their animals.
We were even lucky enough to see auroras on two evenings.
All together and with the calm friendly mentality of the Finns, made the week seem much longer and we came back very refreshed.
We now tell everyone that a trip to Finland is a must and that fintouring/Polarlichtexpress is the best choice!
If we go on vacation in the far north again, we will definitely book here again.

The trip was wonderful! Right at the beginning we were surprised with sensational northern lights, the excursions all worked well and we enjoyed them very much. The most fun we had while snowshoeing. Hotel Seita is nice and clean, the service is perfect. The commitment to sustainability was fully met our sensibilities. I can recommend the trip 100%!

We were advised very carefully and individually, 2 days before the start of the trip, there was an illness that made the start of the trip impossible for a participant. Despite the incredibly tight time (Friday afternoon), the staff have managed to change everything so far and rebook, that another person could travel with.

The planning and implementation with Fintouring worked wonderfully. Our wishes were very well incorporated into the program. On site everything was to our complete satisfaction; accommodations, food, excursions - everything was top. We could see the northern lights on two evenings. On the cloudy days snow fell for it and has refreshed the winter fairy tale landscape. The nevertheless proud price of the journey explains itself with the situation in the high north and expensive flights, the season and the throughout very good quality; has itself altogether fully worthwhile itself. A very successful vacation with many lasting memories!

This was already our 2nd trip to Lapland. We thank the whole team for the very good organization. The vacation will remain for us with many impressions: Huskies, snowmobile, ice hotel and of course not to forget the northern lights, will remain unforgotten.
