I was able to take part in a coaching session with this exceptional team - and I am still thrilled! The facility is beautifully maintained and offers an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Training with the seven seminar horses is something very special - each horse brings its own personality and contributes to the learning experience in an impressive way.

For me personally, it was a very impressive coaching session with a real aha moment: I gained valuable insights into myself through the honest and direct feedback from one of the horses. This experience had a lasting effect on me.

A big thank you to Arite and Uli for their professional guidance, respectful treatment of the participants and animals and the inspiring experience. Absolutely recommendable!

There are many promises from various providers of management seminars. In most cases, it is music from the front.
Here the participants are actively involved and experience the highs and lows of their own personality live and can thus optimize themselves for dealing with employees and leadership.

It is not a fixed learning framework that is dealt with there. Experiences or situations from the everyday lives of individual people are dealt with directly. The way people deal with themselves and how they affect others is shown very clearly. That had an impact on me and was extremely surprising. The atmosphere there is very nice, you lose track of time.
The provision of food, drinks and good humor leaves nothing to be desired.
Working with the horses shows you your own limits, which only arise in your head, and you are surprised at what you have learned at the end of the day once you have crossed these limits.
