We received our awning sooner than expected. Have it built up immediately. Were very pleasantly surprised that even the tent poles were already labeled. So foolproof build up without instructions. Also the processing and quality is top. We are very satisfied. We thank you for the great awning.

Fast delivery, the rubber profile was very good and neatly packed in a foil bag and in a box. The profile looks as if it had just come fresh from the production. Unlike most other suppliers, the white masking tape is already included here. Everything was easy to install. The outer sealing lips are strongly directed inward so that various wall thicknesses up to 24 mm will fit. The whole thing at a fair price. What more could you want.

nous expédions uniquement les fenêtres à vos risques et périls. la livraison a été endommagée. Néanmoins, nous avons proposé au client un remplaçant. ce remplacement avait un délai de livraison. mais comme le client était très impatient, nous lui avons remboursé le prix d'achat. vous ne pouvez pas plaire à tout le monde.

The delivery was damaged. nevertheless, we offered the customer a replacement.
The replacement had delivery time, but since the customer was very impatient, we refunded him the purchase amount.

No long waits on the phone, competent and friendly information. Once I had to correct an order. The overpaid amount was reversed on the same day ... everything by telephone in a short way without written applications and otherwise usual bureaucracy. Excellent!
