For us as a pension with 18 rooms, ProtelAir is the first hotel system. It was important to us that the program is logically operable even with our manageable number of rooms, is always and from everywhere accessible and above all creates a relief for us in the daily processes. For this purpose, a quite individual setup of the system was a great advantage! Of course, we had to get used to the system and not everything worked as we had known it before; but thanks to the very good, personal training and the always available support, we learned how to use the ProtelAir in just a few days. If problems should still arise, they are usually taken care of immediately and everything is communicated well with us.
During the implementation of the project, our individual wishes for the program were always taken into account and good solutions were found for them. If something was not 100% feasible, we found good compromises together.
ProtelAir is certainly not the cheapest product on the market ;) But compared to the services and especially the good training and the free support as well as the possibilities of individual implementation, it is already worth it after a few days! :)
