The delivery should definitely have been announced in advance and we should also have been made aware of the dimension of the delivery. Our tenant at Limmatquai was suddenly faced with a huge pallet with huge boxes. The pallet was also not taken away by the delivery service and the packaging had to be disposed of on our part. Ev. in the future less "extensive" pack and deliver by smaller delivery organization.

We were thrilled with the customer service Yannick provided us. Rarely have we experienced such a dedicated and professional consultant. Yannick took good care of us from the beginning and helped us with every question and concern in a prompt and friendly manner. We were very impressed with his know-how and expertise.

But not only the customer service, but also the quality and the appearance of ProTent have convinced us completely.
