Quick response, good communication and clear offer from the team when we ordered 5 tents model 4000.

The quality of the product is excellent. Sturdy frame, easy to open, install and to store. Bag with wheels is very helpful for transportation.

Overall, we are really satisfied with the product we bought.

Wir haben mehrere Zelte von Protent. Die Qualität der Zelte ist einzigartig. Auch der Service der Firma Protent ist 1A! Wenn mal etwas defekt ist, dann genügt ein Telefon, und ein paar Tage später ist das Ersatzteil im Haus.

Das hochwertige und exzellent ausgedachte Produkt hat mein Ingenieurs-Herz höher schlagen lassen. Sogar das System mit den Gewichten scheint sehr durchdacht (Zusätzliche Einrastposition der Stützen sowie Stift zur Befestigung).

Wurde beraten als wäre ich der König, also der Kunde ist bei Pro-Tent AG noch König.
Ich konnte ein gebrauchtes Pro-Tent 4000 kaufen, und wurde super beraten beim erweitern des Zelt.
Wir sind Glücklich das wir als Privatkunde uns für Pro-Tent entschieden haben. Es wird uns sicher an viele Sportwettkämpfen begleiten und uns vor Sonne, Regen und Schnee beschützten.
