In a very difficult time (Corona), Ms. Dressel took on our request to rent a commercial space and successfully completed it with a great deal of commitment and expertise.
She was very competent, always friendly and courteous and took our questions and concerns seriously. She remained committed to the matter, even when things didn't always go according to plan for the tenants.
As landlords, we were always involved and kept up to date, which gave us a good feeling, as everyone had to be patient.

I can recommend the Prokschi company without reservation and will be happy to contact them again if I have any new concerns.

I had a very good experience with Prokschi Immobilien. My contact person was Ms. Sandra Längst. And as we were buying property first time in Germany, Ms. Längst kept everything transparent and explained everything in the best possible detail. She even went an extra mile for us, in case of our language requirements. She even asked the Notary to explain us the contract in English. And she took a lot of efforts to make us understand and also try to have a fair price and genuine discussions. She was always approachable and also helped us sometimes in our conversations with our bank. She always met us with a happy and jolly mood. We felt quite lucky to do business with her and we hope to keep the relationship going also for future projects. I can highly recommend her.

Hello everyone, I would like to inform you of my complete satisfaction in the course of your real estate purchase transaction. Mrs. Sandra Längst has actively supported me as a buyer in the purchase of my new apartment. She was standing's friendly and very charming. And her expertise and knowledge of all the details of my purchased apartment are also to be emphasized, which is not a matter of course with all the real estate agents with whom I have had to do so far. Mrs. Längst accompanied us all the way to the notary and even afterwards, even though it was only a small apartment. That gives the "customer" a very good feeling. At the end of the cooperation there was even a farewell gift. Really a very good real estate agency with a fantastic realtor!

After we found a new, larger home for our growing family, which was sold through PROKSCHI Immobilien GMBH, and we were more than satisfied with the service, we also immediately commissioned them to sell our old apartment. Here, too, we can only give top marks. The dossier was prepared super fast and shortly after that we already had a buyer after the first viewing and that at the targeted sales price!
The handling of the transaction was just as exemplary. Mrs. Längst took care of everything, made appointments and took care of the necessary documents. You and your friendly colleague Mrs. Dressel were always available to clarify any questions. In short, we felt very well taken care of here and we can only warmly recommend PROKSCHI Immobilien GMBH.
