After we found a new, larger home for our growing family, which was sold through PROKSCHI Immobilien GMBH, and we were more than satisfied with the service, we also immediately commissioned them to sell our old apartment. Here, too, we can only give top marks. The dossier was prepared super fast and shortly after that we already had a buyer after the first viewing and that at the targeted sales price!
The handling of the transaction was just as exemplary. Mrs. Längst took care of everything, made appointments and took care of the necessary documents. You and your friendly colleague Mrs. Dressel were always available to clarify any questions. In short, we felt very well taken care of here and we can only warmly recommend PROKSCHI Immobilien GMBH.

Mrs. Längst has been my realtor in the settlement of the apartment purchase. She was very spontaneous in scheduling an appointment to view the property and represented all my interests to the buyer. I was thrilled with the prompt communication when asking questions, returning phone calls and any questions I had. Very forward thinking, she coordinated all appointments as quickly as possible and I give her not only my absolute trust but also my highest rating! In March 2022 Mr. Prokschi - Mrs. Längst sold my property in Ravensburg. The apartment was sold within 6 days, notary appointment was arranged as soon as possible, payment came reliably from the buyer. The whole sales process was well coordinated, there were no difficulties, simply smooth. I did not notice anything about the sale, viewings were arranged, when potential buyers emerged, I was informed.
All agreements were kept by Mr. Prokschi, for this reason I can recommend Immobilen Prokschi with a clear conscience. Selling an apartment is "maybe" also an emotional thing, for this reason it is good to know when professionals take care of it. Thank you Mrs. Längst and Mr. Prokschi for the great work.
