Over the past 12 years, I have compared nearly all of the well-known premium water filtration systems in Germany and Europe and have used many of them myself. My conclusion is clear: This system is by far the best I know

After making a telephone inquiry and setting a time slot, the fitter contacted me again on the agreed day and arrived reliably for the appointment. He solved the problem that arose when changing the filter (leakage) competently and, when asked, explained conclusively what the problem was and how it could be solved. Afterwards, everything worked perfectly again. The price for the filter change is not exactly cheap, but it's okay.

The filtered water from Pure-Water is a real asset, it tastes great, cleanses the body and makes the whole family drink more water again! And the option of taking the filter system with me on vacation is really great, so I never have to go without my delicious water!

The concept of the system is convincing

There is still room for improvement in communication with the company. The fitter was very competent and gave me valuable tips for further use (dismantling and reassembly). A person who happened to be there was interested in the product after talking to the fitter.

The customer service and the entire process are exemplary. The water tastes very good. Unfortunately, the system can be heard in our house due to the pump installed in the case. This can be very annoying at times. The flow rate is OK but below the normal flow rate of a 'normal' tap, which you also have to get used to. Otherwise, a clear recommendation for every health enthusiast.

The taste is sensational! Soothing from the very first glass. Drinking is much easier for me. I am very satisfied
