From the preparation of the offer, order confirmation, production of the piece of furniture, adherence to the delivery time, various verbal clarifications, additional requests such as a cleaning set, contact by the customer service, appointment regarding delivery, delivery of the ordered goods and finally my all-round satisfaction with the purchased armchair, which is completely convincing in terms of quality, functionality and appearance, as well as the customer confidence regarding payment only after delivery, without down payment procedure or prepayment, it was an all-round pleasure. It's unbelievable, but true: they still exist, the really good companies with handshake quality that you can rely on 100%. We felt so well looked after and cared for here. We had already given up hope of getting our dream sofa. But Designkiste helped us with a contact to Italy - and now we are sitting where we want! We received a fantastic, high-quality sofa. The delivery by the employee was smooth and absolutely reliable. We give an extra 5 stars for the particularly noticeable courtesy of the delivery employee. The communication with Mr. Seidel was excellent. Competent and prompt. The sofa was more or less a "blind purchase", but the information provided on the phone and by email was 100 percent accurate. We are completely satisfied. Highly recommended.
