We are looked after by Mrs. Buchholtz at the travel agency in MG-Hardt. We have always handled our bookings ourselves for many years. But since we got to know Mrs. Buchholtz, we no longer do that. She is very committed to our wishes and requirements so that almost everything goes smoothly. We simply feel that she looks after us really well.

Even in the Internet age, personal, individual advice & support is what counts for us! Ms. Maaßen Pires did an excellent job and put together an Aida trip in the Mediterranean that left nothing to be desired and far exceeded our expectations! When a return ticket was suddenly missing, she reacted quickly and helped us promptly, always very competent & friendly. Unfortunately, we had to cut the trip short after five days because of my health.
Mrs. Völlger from the travel agency Plum in Hardt then set heaven and hell in motion to make a return flight from Sardinia to Düsseldorf possible for us on the same day. Mrs. Völlger worked until well into the evening (7:30 pm) so that we were able to catch the last flight at 8:20 pm. Such dedication and service as we received from Mrs. Völlger is hard to find these days. We would like to thank her once again.
