The Ofenloch restaurant is located in one of the oldest alleys in Vienna and invites you to enjoy refined classics of Austrian cuisine away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. In a cozy old-Viennese ambience, our courteous service team... serves classic delicacies such as Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz or Kaiserschmarren. The seasonally changing menu impresses with regionality and ingenuity. Local wines are served with it - with a focus on Viennese vintners.
Our Schanigarten in the quiet Kurrentgasse also invites you to linger from April to October. We will also be happy to whisk you away to our historic vaulted cellar, where in the depths of our landmarked house - over a glass of Ofenloch wine - we will give you an insight into the world of Viennese wine.
We had a 5-course dinner with 21 people on the occasion of our conference in Vienna. And it was exactly what we had planned. A very good meal in a local atmosphere with very good service. Our international guests liked it very much.
Delicious food and drinks, very pleasant service in a wonderful atmosphere. This is the way to enjoy Vienna! The restaurant visit was a highlight of our Vienna trip.

Vienna has many highlights. For us as a family with children, the evening visit to Ofenloch was our absolute personal Vienna highlight. A beautiful atmosphere, great courteous and humorous service, fantastic food and very pleasant conversations on the sidelines with Mrs. Artner.

We had a nice evening at the Ofenloch, the service on site was great and also provided a few humorous moments. The food was delicious and everyone was full, the feedback from our guests was that they liked the Wiener Schnitzel and the wine recommendations.
It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Quite spontaneously, the desire arose to prepare a sweet surprise for a birthday girl. Our waiter was immediately ready to take care of it and a little later the jubilarian was served her Kaiserschmarren with spray candle! The joy was great and the surprise was successful! Thank you very much!
The visit to the Ofenloch restaurant was a highlight, as always. The restaurant, which is characterized by its extremely courteous staff and excellent food, is definitely worth a visit.
We visited the restaurant Ofenloch with 16 people. The tour in the wine cellar by your employee Dejana was very funny, cheerful and shot up. In your restaurant we all felt very comfortable.
The food and drinks served tasted very good to us . The service was excellent. We can only recommend the restaurant Ofenloch.
Since it was an important working dinner, I was particularly pleased with the offer to take also to another table than the originally reserved seat, so the guests could decide spontaneously. Also very good, pleasant service, competent, quick and not too pushy. The guests then remained seated longer than expected and still chose desserts and coffee.
Unfortunately, I myself was not present at the dinner on 21.04.22, I was only the organizer, but I got from the Kolleg:innen consistently very good reviews. We will certainly come to you again. :)

It is a great location for a bigger group, as they can provide separate rooms. The food was excellent and the servers were very attentive and nice. I would definitely come here again!
