I was very satisfied. Everything was done within a month, between the death, viewing and clearance. The boss comes to the first viewing in person and is very nice, emphatic and professional. The next day you already have the offer. Appointments are made as quickly as possible. This is followed by another appointment with the coordinator. This is also very flexible. At least 2 days were estimated. But it turned out to be just 1 1/2 days. To cut a long story short: thanks to the RÜMPELZWERGEN I had time to grieve.

We were very satisfied overall. We have one small complaint: When dismantling the washing machine, the shut-off valve was damaged, so the water had to be shut off through the main tap. This can happen, but we would have liked to have been informed.
