Overall, a very sobering collaboration & results. The collaboration stretched over 12 months and better "conversions" were repeatedly promised. The main argument was more time for test results (A/B testing) and even more tracking. At the same time, there was an increasing lack of initiative and clear recommendations for action from the agency. We often noticed errors, e.g. in tracking, before our internal project manager, planned measures were not always implemented on time and we had to follow up a lot, as communication was often very slow.
In the end, we invested almost 40k in campaigns and more than 10k in the agency. Targets such as CTC, conversion (inquiry) and bounce rate were often missed by a wide margin. Now all SEA campaigns are back in our own hands and the figures are developing positively.
