I was able to experience one of the wonderful seminars with Sarah Lehnen and it exceeded my already high expectations. She lovingly picked us up where we were and led us through exciting and surprising exercises in her humorous and sensitive way.

I was able to gain many valuable insights, one in particular is groundbreaking and transformative for me.

I also found the intensive exchange with the other participants enriching.

Overall, the seminar was very well structured, there was neither time pressure nor idle time.

I also found it great that we received clear and comprehensive seminar documents.

For me, Sarah is a heart recommendation and I look forward to the next time!

Would I recommend Sarah Lehnen as a coach, mentor or speaker?
But so 'definitely'!
Sarah has accompanied me on my path of personal development as a coach and mentor since the beginning. Her professional manner, her empathy and her clarity have made it possible for me to look at even old and very deep issues and to let them go in the end. Her clear and direct way as well as her dry humor and her authentic way of communicating supported and motivated me to go my way and to trust in myself again. Through her guidance and her impulses I have often benefited and could also take a lot for myself and my life.
Also as a speaker I was allowed to experience Sarah already several times and I look forward to seeing more of her!
